CECHLO

CECHLO-MS

  • On-site Hypochlorite/Chlorine Generator (OSHG/OSCG) with ion-exchange membrane cell.
  • Produces 12.5 % NaClO by DC electrolysis: Cl₂ at the anode + NaOH at the cathode → NaClO in reactor tower.
  • Key benefits: zero chlorine cylinder handling, no hazardous‐chemical staff requirements, low power draw and production cost.
  • Robust metal electrodes and durable construction ensure high performance and long service life.

CECHLO-IS

 

  • On-site generator producing 5 % NaClO via direct DC electrolysis of brine.
  • Ion-exchange membrane design prevents cross-contamination of products, ensuring consistent hypochlorite strength.
  • Ideal where strict regulations restrict gaseous chlorine handling—delivers high-strength bleach on demand.
  • Eliminates bulk hypochlorite deliveries, reduces operational and safety overhead.

CECHLO-NS

CECHLO-M

  •  Directly uses NaCl in seawater or wastewater to generate 100–2500 ppm NaClO for marine biofouling control.
  • Modular cell design allows easy scaling/customization for small- to medium-scale applications.
  • Features DSA®-coated electrodes (titanium cathode, noble-metal-oxide anode) for durability and high current efficiency.
  • Typical power consumption < 4.5 kWh (DC) per kg Cl₂ produced; over 200 installations globally.
  • Suited to cooling towers, power plants, desalination, offshore platforms, LNG terminals and petrochemical plants.
